Wage and Hour Violations include minimum wage and Lunch Break

The grassy area here is part of land that has been a park in downtown Long Beach since 1886. I presume the developers of the building in back of this grass had to preserve this small stretch of land and put a plaque here to notify visitors this was once perhaps larger park.
I took this picture while on a lunch break from wage and hour depositions in which workers were not paid minimum wage.
