Lawyer for Employee Wage and Hour Class Actions

Downtown Long Beach shot while on a walk during a lunch break. Today one of my clients was deposed in a case involving Dolphin Inn Anaheim housekeeping staff who were not paid minimum wage by the company the Dolphin Inn hired to perform housekeeping services at their Anaheim resort. Interesting case in which I have twelve clients who want the case to be a class action because the underpayment of wages existed for all of the housekeeping employees of the hotel.
